I don\u2019t personally care about gambling\u2014don\u2019t dig it, don\u2019t really object to it, not close to anyone who\u2019s gotten really tangled up in it. But these apps\u2014the aggressiveness of the celebrity shilling, the dopamine-flood design of their ads, the trite offers of &#8220;help&#8221; to those struggling with a gambling problem\u2014just feels gross as fuck to me.  It may be a stretch to say <em>you<\/em> are profiting from your neighbors&#8217; misery when you use these apps, but it is no stretch at all to point out that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XXe2QPMwmJM\">Jamie Foxx<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/mildlyinfuriating\/comments\/18xqnq6\/what_the_hell_george\/\">Jason Alexander<\/a> and all the rest of these celebrity shills sure as shit are.
